The past few months have been unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. On behalf of the entire Animal Hospital of Richmond team, we would like to take a moment to say thank you again for your loyalty and support.
As our state continues its phased reopening, in addition to caring for your furry family members, we also have a responsibility to keep our wonderful staff healthy and our human clients as well.
With the relaxing of restrictions on the horizon, please know that our goal is continued excellence. Curbside service is not a waiver for less than superlative healthcare and customer care.
Dr. Senderak and the team at the Animal Hospital of Richmond will be monitoring the state’s and country’s evolving reaction to Covid-19 to determine, as medical professionals, when we feel comfortable welcoming our pet parents back into the building. Without a healthy staff, we can’t provide care for our sweet furry friends.
Please note that we continue to remain open for curbside appointments, as we have since this COVID-19 crisis began. Additionally, our established patients are eligible for Flex Appointments. Drop your pet off in the morning for medical care, then pick him or her up in the afternoon. During the interim, our superstar staff will care for all their needs.
