Dear friends,

This is truly an unprecedented time we are experiencing. Our deepest thanks to everyone for their patience and kindness as we determine how best to continue to care for the animals of our community.

With our reduced staffing, the Animal Hospital of Richmond must make a few temporary operational changes. Our capacity is now limited to established patients only.

Services will be limited to:

  • Illness
  • Injuries
  • Puppy & kitten vaccinations
  • Rabies vaccinations
  • Refilling needed prescriptions, including heartworm, flea & tick preventative and all chronic medications.

Temporary Hours are:

Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 8am– 12 noon / 1:30-5pm
Closed Wednesday & Saturday

Much like all of you, we very much look forward to resuming our normal operations.

Stay well,

During this time we are trying to limit staff and exposure as much as we can. Until further notice, we are going to be closed on Saturdays starting this weekend (3/28). Also grooming and bathing services will be canceled too. Thank you all for your patience with all that is going on. We are just trying to keep everyone as safe as possible.
